The GreenSolar Equipment Manufacturing Ltd is a dynamically operating machine building factory the activity of which is based on the research and development of a technology which is unique in Hungary.

Our goal is to become the first in our market segment. The tasks to be performed give interesting and complex challenges both at personal and at team level. In this way the firm theoretical knowledge and professional experience could be realized via innovative and creative work.

The GreenSolar team is a shaked-together but open, ready-to-learn unit, where all co-workers have value. We continuously endeavor to develop our work environment, as well. To work in peaceful work environment is ensured by the safe and long-time stable workplaces and compensating the efficacious work with equitable renumeration package.

The staff of GreenSolar nowadays contains 130 heads with an average age of 44. They form a shaked-together but open, ready-to-learn unit. We aspire to build a company where as much activity as possible is based on the concord of the personnel and organizational goals:

• the curiosity and complexity of both the individual and of the group-level tasks,

Activity – and what is behind

Concerning our activity, tasks and related solutions could be generally stated, that these are technically (and economically) complex and in many cases they are intricate, these situation embodies the curiosity of tasks and the inherent challange of their solution. In many cases the way of realization requires special and/or expensive equipment.

In many cases indispensable pre-requisites of successful problem solving are the ability and volition for cooperation of co-workers of different professional areas having special knowledge and experience, aiming the common success in any situation; e.g., having relatively short time for performing the given task or for definining and solving a new problem. Our group does not boggle at challanges.
