The content of the Project:

• Seller declares its capability and knowledge to deliver such solar park and further know-how required to install and operate it.
• The purchase contract concerns the building up to build up a solar park.
• Required area: 0.022 km2/MW as 5.5 acre/MW
• Guaranteed lifetime: min 25 years

GreenSolar’s liability:

• For the system capability GreenSolar takes 20 years warranty!
• For the Solar panels GreenSolar gives 20 years defined warranty (for the first 10 years 90%, for the second 10 years 80% of nominal efficiency)
• For the system elements GreenSolar gives the standard 1 year warranty.
• GreenSolar offers after sales service.
• GreenSolar trains maintenance team.

Customer’s liability:

• The regular maintenance and inverter changing
• The daily operation
• All costs in connection with the grid connection fee
• All local permits and authorizations for operation

Thin film solar panel which is especially suitable for hot environment (according to the latest measurements it can generate 7-20% more electricity than the crystalline cells with the same nominal power (W) value in hot environment)

The price does not include the costs of:

• connection fee
• local permits and authorizations for operation
• operational and maintenance costs
• Inverter changing after half lifecycle
