The selection process
Since GreenSolar is living in its heavy expansion period, naturally we could not cover the required workforce using only internal human resources and recommendations, that is why we are seeking registrations, applications from external sources, as well.
The curriculuum vitaes and attached documents will be saved in GreenSolar’s HR database.
As a next phase of the selection, we always try to find the best candidate for the given job, position by analyzing this database. But, naturally there are situations, when we are seeking proper experts to fill the open position using advertisement, as well. Applications are selected according to the internal specifications of required workforce, and only the candidates having the best fit to the requirements of the given job/position will be invited for personal interview. In most cases it requires two personal visits of the candidate.
Our interview process is characterizied by that, during the interviews for most positions, exceeding the HR related questions, the candidate is asked to solve a theoretical and/or practical problem of the given profession. The job requiring language knowledge means applicant must know English.
